  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Standard shipping: $10.70 for orders under $100.
  • Express shipping: $15.00.

  • Standard shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–4 business days

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that The Beach Pets is not responsible for delays caused by postal or delivery carriers.

United States

  • Standard international shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected

First, check your tracking number with the shipping carrier. Your tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

If you can't find your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address — What Should I Do?

If your order hasn't been shipped:
Please contact us as soon as possible with your correct shipping details. We'll do our best to update your order before it is dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped:
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address or retrieve the parcel once it has been dispatched. However, please contact our team as soon as possible and we'll see if we can arrange a re-route.

Please note that re-routing is not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipping rates to the United States are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Good news: The Beach Pets covers import duties and tariffs on orders shipped to the United States, so you won't be charged these fees separately.

Order Cancellations

The Beach Pets reserves the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it.

If your order needs to be cancelled, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
